What is the Reporting feature?
The Reporting feature captures your organisation’s structure and lets Kalido dynamically build an organisation chart based on this information. You can see at a click where a particular employee fits in to your company. Kalido can pull in your existing organisation data and add this information to employee Profiles and org charts dynamically, or you can add information about managers and direct reports manually on each employee’s Profile.
How does the Reporting feature affect Manager Ratings?
The Reporting function means that Kalido knows who can give Manager Ratings to which employee. Manager Ratings are crucial for helping to build a full picture of a person’s Skills, and to help match them to the right Opportunities.
Can I create an org chart on Kalido?
Kalido can automatically build an organisation chart for you based on manager and direct report information. To view organisation charts, visit the Networks tab, select the correct Network and click the Member tab. Click the 3 dot menu, and then View Organisation Chart. You can then select the 3 dot menu next to any person to see who their managers/reports are and move around your company’s organisation chart.
Why is my organisation chart empty?
Your organisation chart could be empty because::
- Your Manager or Reports are not on Kalido and so their data is not showing.
- Your organisation chart data has not been shared with Kalido by your company.
