Why can’t I access Kalido?
If you’re having trouble loading Kalido after hitting ‘Join’, it could be due to one of the following reasons.

Are you using a device that’s owned by a different company to the Kalido Network that you’re trying to join?
If you are, it might be that Kalido has not been cleared by your device’s network or firewall. To check, please try to join Kalido on a personal device or a personal network. If you’ve been able to join successfully, please contact your IT Services to get Kalido unblocked from your work device.
Are you trying to join Kalido from the UAE?
The UAE government network blocks various urls from being accessed within the country, including Kalido. Access can be completely unavailable or intermittent. We’re working to get this situation changed, but in the meantime, please try using a VPN to access Kalido through another jurisdiction.
